Rheem Hybrid Water Heater Outlet Duct Adapter

Rheem outlet duct adapter for attaching an 8 inch duct to the air outlet side of a Rheem, Richmond, or Ruud hybrid water heater. If your hybrid heat pump water heater is located in a closed space, you will need to exhaust the cold air to a different space to allow the heat pump to run as efficiently as possible. This original OEM outlet duct adapter allows for the ducting of the air to a different space via 8 inch ductwork.

The picture below on left shows what comes in the box. The picture on right is an installed Rheem outlet duct adapter and additional items shown in installation example not included such as the 8 inch ducting and the wall inset (we can custom 3D print a wall inset for you if needed).
