MMS Software and Point of Sale Equipment Packages |
Retail stores and other customers with high volume operations often include the retail accessories to make their MMS software work efficiently and inexpensively. One example of these savings is the cost (paper and ink/toner) to print a receipt to a 8.5x11 piece of paper on a full size printer vs. a small 3 inch receipt printer receipt. Invoicing is much quicker when scanning the barcode of an item to add it to the customer's invoice rather than entering a product code or locating that product by its name. However, having this equipment is not a requirement for using MMS as it used by many customers without any additional retail equipment.
We understand that the high number of options available with the Multilevel Management System can be confusing to those who may not understand point of sale equipment. Therefore, we have put together common packages of hardware to go along with the MMS software. These represent the most common selections by our customers. You are by no means limited to these combinations or interfaces. Information on each individual piece of hardware is available on our Retail Accessory page.

Package #1 | For those customers just getting started, this package includes the MMS software and USB barcode scanner. |
Package #2 | Our most popular package for retail stores features the latest thermal receipt printer for quiet and fast operation. It includes the MMS Software, Bixolon USB thermal receipt printer w/ Auto-Cutter, case of thermal printer paper rolls, cash drawer, Honeywell USB barcode scanner. |

Pole Display | Add a pole display to any of the above packages to display the items and their prices as items are added to the invoice as well as displaying the total due to the customer upon invoice completion. Color will match the other equipment you receive with your MMS package. |
Return Policy: Retail Store Accessories are returnable within 30 days of receipt only if they are in the original packaging material and in sellable condition. A 10% restocking charge will be assessed if not defective. If they are returned without the original packaging material or between 31 & 90 days, a 50% restocking charge will be applied. No returns will be accepted after 91 days. All accessories are covered by their standard manufacturer warranty and no warranty by Sunshine Support is implied. Any warranty claims are the responsibility of the purchaser though Sunshine POS will assist in providing appropriate contact information should the need for a repair in or out of warranty be required..
